So today wasn't a very good day. I was stressed and worried about a project I had to present, school is stressful, life is overwhelming and things just kinda sucked. Yesterday was a great amazing day and I was on cloud 9 happiness all around but today I hit rock bottom again. So right as I was walking to my car, Leah found me and said hey let's go get jamba juice.... so of course we did. (For the both of us it was a long stressful day, so we NEEDED it) I seriously love this girl I think it's amazing how we understand each other when no one else does. She has been there for me since day one of school. She is my best friend and I love her! I have finally found someone who knows exactly what I'm going through. So we had a long talk while drinking some yummy Jamba Juice and helped each other get through the tough day. I love you Leah, thanks for being my best friend! :)
Last night was a blast! A few friends came over and we simply went to town tie dying all sorts of things. (Underwear, Shorts, Shirts, and socks) Some of us got a little carried away and ended up with dyed hands as well. But thanks to mom and her great ideas we scrubbed our hands with soft scrub and tah dah! It was off! (Thanks again mom!) All in all it was a great night!
This past weekend my cousin Deanna married the man of her dreams, John Sheedy. We thought this day would never come! The two have been dating since teenagers and now in their late twenties have finally gotten married. The wedding took place at the Hotel Del Coronado in California on a grassy area overlooking the beach. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful and Deanna looked gorgeous. I couldn't help but shed a tear of happiness for the two. The reception itself was another beautiful thing. The dinner was very fancy so my family didn't eat much since it's not what we're used to but sitting at a table with my cousins and friends was very enjoyable. The entertainment and dancing was a blast! During the night they threw out all sorts of fun light up things and crazy hats. It was so funny to watch my family and extended family get their groove on as they all said. All in all it was an amazing night full of lots of fun, laughter, and happiness! Congratulations Deanna and John, I love you both! Oh and welcome to the family John! :)
The first day of school actually wasn't half that bad. I think Choir will be my favorite class! All my teachers seem really nice and it looks like it's not going to be such a hard year. Hehe! Thats what happens when you take regular classes. I haven't really met anyone but I'm sure thats going to take sometime. But I look at this year as a fresh new start. I can be who I want to be and do what I want to do because no one knows me. So as the people around me are new to me I can be a new person to myself as well. Junior year is going to be great! :)
Yes thats right we're going to Cali tomorrow for a mini vacation! (Just for the weekend) My cousin Deanna is getting married this weekend and I'm so excited for her! I think we've all been waiting for this day for a long time. Besides the wedding, I'm so excited to see all my family and to see everyone together, it's been awhile. Oh and can you say BEACH!! I'm so glad we get a chance to go to the beach while we're there. I'm in need of a major tan! hehe Well... it looks like it's time to go pack!
